"Another golden rule of achieving happiness is to avoid looking at those above us in worldly aspects, & instead looking at those below us. Looking at those above us will leave us frustrated, envious & unhappy; and looking at those below us will make us grateful and happy. Think of the thousands of deprived people who have barely anything to eat, those struggling to make each day in hospitals, those who have cancer & other fatal illnesses, those who’ve lost their eyesight, those who’ve lost almost all of their loved ones due to war… and then be grateful to Allah. There is really no reason to complain!"
